Simple and easy.

Decent app, although could be better

Discovered this airline while living in Rome. Everything from the planes, to the people and now to the app have been seamless and amazing!

Pretty good app but I fly around Europe and dont always go back to where I started... Definitely need to offer one-way travel.

Where to begin... So the reason I even attempted to use this app was because their website is absolutely worthless. It took me almost 15 minutes to completely get through the checkout process because of how slow it is. My friends had the same issues on their computers. Once I completed the checkout with my CC it said there was an error and to try again. So I did but this time I used PayPal to pay. Error again.. But I got a receipt from PayPal saying it went through so I waited. 2 hours went by and I received 2 confirmations that both tickets went through!!! During this time I installed the app and attempted to purchase that way. It wont even let you change to CC expiration date from the default 7/13 so dont even bother with the app. Now Im stuck with two tickets.. There is no email contact on the website , the live chat crashes and the only phone number is a Spanish line that costs 77cents per minute. I went to their facebook page and almost every 15 minutes a new person is writing of their horror story on the wall with zero response from the company. I feel cheated.. I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company. STAY AWAT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

At Barcelona airport, the app was showing a "new time" for my flight exactly one hour later. It was WRONG. Did someone forget to program for daylight savings time, perhaps? AND even when the plane was boarding, the app could not show the gate number. I guess low cost airline also means too cheap to make an app that works!

This app crashes anytime you try to check in. Without a major rewrite, dodge this app like the plague.

Very usefull this app. Easy to manage all your boarging cards with Passbook.

Cant even use the basic functions: cant reset password, cant check in, cant log in

Good application but had some problems loggin in to my account.. Wish to have a chance to collect punto points even if Im booking for someone else.

Useless as it only offers one way or round trip.

Vueling is probably the worst carrier on earth. What company allows check ins, issues boarding passes, and then cancels a flight with no email alert?!? Do your future self a favor and book elsewhere.

Im a world traveler and use various airline apps, but this vueling app is by far the best and most advanced I have seen in the industry.

99% of the flights of this airline are delayed or cancelled last minute. Avoid at all costs.

They need to finish de app, some areas are still with dummy text (lorem ipsum, etc).

Fas booking

Numerous bugs, often looses network connection for no reason. Much like the airline itself which often looses your luggage.

The App is not allowing me to enter the promo code, which is the entire reason I downloaded the App. Once I press the promo icon, I am redirected to another screen to enterenter or return to home page from there. I am assuming this is a glitch in the app.

App seems ok except it wont display both boarding passes when there are 2 traveling on the same itinerary. It shows my wifes but not mine. Not very useful.
