I try purchasing a ticket through the app and kept getting an error message until I finally decided to buy it somewhere else. However the app still did charged me for 5 ticketless reservation. A month later vueling cant find the associated reference and still havent reimbursed me

Crash when you wanna add luggage, when you type credit card expiry date

If I could put a zero I would have done it. Experiences 10 flights last 2 months with Vueling, 8 of them had at least 2 hours of delay. One of them was canceled yesterday evening, we have been thrown like wild animals in the airport during 6 hours, no information, no food, no drink. Kind airport staff took us to Hotel where we also had no information about the re-schedule of our flight. Its only at 9AM so 12 hours after expected departure, when the call center of the airline decided to open, that we could speak with them and be re-schedule on another flight. Another flight which is expected at 12:30 and already had 2 hours of delay. Funny life for a ticket far from being "low-cost" BCN-MXP 280€. There is no one from Vueling in airport, no way to have any information. People are thrown like luggages. Shame on them, shame on you! You lost 250 customers today, and its only the beginning of the end.

makes the booking process easier

I have to print out my boarding pass in order to check in at charles de gaule at vueling in order to fly. Why do i have this app then?

Your Tickets cannot be downloaded

Check in possible Just payable seats available Tickets not visible nor downloadable

Tickets can not be Downloaded. App super confuse

No passport? So it makes no sense at all. Okay. This airline is cheap and so is their service.

getting "connection error" too often
